Shipping Policy

VELO STAR SHIPPING POLICY

Any merchandise that is missing pieces or damaged in transit must be communicated with your sales rep or via email at info@velostar.us within 48 hours of receipt, so that a claim can be filed with our carrier. For any visible package damage upon delivery, inform the delivery driver of the damage and ensure the driver records the delivery as showing damage. Take photos of the damaged carton/s before it is opened as well as provide photos of the interior of the carton/s before the contents are removed. If the merchandise inside is damaged provide photos of the damage to your sales rep or via email at info@velostar.us . Save all shipping labels, bills of lading, packing lists, shipping cartons and packing materials until this matter is resolved, as the carrier may request to see the damaged box(es) and merchandise. Velo Star is not responsible for creating a claim for any merchandise that was shipped collect.
